Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jr Sunfarm! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  

Items that are eligible for return:

• Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Items must have all tags and labels attached.

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged.
• Items that are not in their original packaging.
• Items that are missing tags or labels.

To return an item:

1. Please contact us at Info@jrsunfarm.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once you have received a return authorization, please ship the item back to us at the following address: Jr Sunfarm. Hyderabad
3. Please include a copy of your packing slip with your return.
4. We will process your return within 5 business days of receipt.
5. You will receive a full refund for the price of the item, plus any applicable taxes.
6. We will not refund the cost of shipping.
7. Refund will be credited with in 10 working days.

Please note:

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy requirements.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
